How long does it take to ship?
Roughly within 1 to 2 weeks of purchase. You will recieve a notification via email when your order ships.
Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
Due to recent changes in shipping costs and procedures for international shipping, shipping outside of the U.S. has been suspended for website sales. If you are interested in purchasing one of my tools please email me or DM me on Instagram, Facebook or X to see if we can ship to your country.
My order was seized by customs or stolen.
Unfortunately this is a very small operation and we can not offer refunds. I will do everything I can to ensure that your knife will get to you in the event it is seized by customs. If your knife is stolen in transit I am not able to offer full refunds, but contact me regardless. I will ensure that you will not be left empty handed and will attempt to build care packages on a case by case basis.
Do you do custom or bulk orders?
We are a small shop and can not handle orders over 10 untis. If you would like a custom knife made please contact me on Facebook, X, email, or Instagram. Some things with (the tooling I have now) may not be pheasible but I would be more than happy to refer you to other makers if I am unable to meet your request.
Can I spar full force with your trainers?
No you can not, pla+ is a hard material and could injure your training partner. We will be developing flexible trainers in the future.
Do you take returns?
We do not take returns on any items purchased. All sales are final.
